Helping companies refine their product vision, go to market faster, and scale more sustainably. Building Squadspot as a bootstrapped SaaS product with real traction.

Led the transformation of Blackpanda’s incident response services into a scalable SaaS product. Initiated the development of a design system, digitised offline processes, and collaborated closely with engineering and sales teams to align product strategy with business objectives.

Enhanced design processes and expedited key initiatives within Smokeball’s legal software suite. Developed a new product targeting a different market segment and established the inaugural Figma style guide for the team.

Post-merger, guided the integration of design systems and product strategies between PatientPop and Kareo. Focused on harmonising user experiences and establishing a unified design language across platforms.

Instrumental in scaling PatientPop from a startup to a leading healthcare SaaS provider. Collaborated with founders from the MVP stage through multiple funding rounds, enhancing patient engagement tools and streamlining provider operations.

Engaged in the early validation of PatientPop’s product-market fit. Developed foundational UX strategies and prototypes that set the stage for subsequent growth and product development.

Based in Singapore, I worked across multiple APAC clients, from early-stage startups to large organisations, advising on product management, user validation, and delivery strategy. Led story mapping and prioritisation workshops to help teams align on MVP scope, while embedding within cross-functional environments to drive clarity and focus. A major part of my role involved working with the Singapore Government on their first Agile-based software delivery project, a groundbreaking initiative that shaped future digital service standards.

Led UX efforts on a major initiative to evolve MYOB’s AccountRight product into one of the company’s first hybrid cloud offerings. Worked closely on scoping and innovation strategy, helping shape a future-facing experience for existing desktop customers transitioning to cloud-based services. Played a key role in reimagining workflows and designing intuitive interfaces tailored for small to medium-sized businesses navigating this new hybrid environment.
