Project Overview
Squadspot was created in response to a widespread problem: clubs relying on paper-based systems or outdated software for managing attendance, memberships, and compliance. With firsthand insight into the shooting club ecosystem and strong digital product experience, Reloop was well-positioned to lead the initiative.
Starting with customer discovery and user interviews, Reloop identified critical gaps in compliance tracking, attendance recording, and membership workflows. A full product strategy was developed, including prioritisation frameworks, user journey mapping, and feature scoping aligned with real-world regulatory needs. The design phase involved iterative low- and high-fidelity UI work, with rapid prototyping to validate flows and interfaces directly with club stakeholders.
On the technical side, Reloop collaborated with external dev teams to ensure system architecture matched the operational demands of clubs. Squadspot launched with core modules for member management, sign-ins, digital waivers, and custom compliance forms. Expansion modules for scoring, firearm tracking, and visitor management followed—based on real usage data and feedback.
Reloop continues to guide Squadspot’s growth as it scales into broader markets like car clubs and national associations, providing ongoing support across product, UX, positioning, and go-to-market.
