Chime Labs closes that loop: an AI receptionist answers every inbound call around the clock, qualifies the lead, and books the job straight into field service platforms like ServiceM8, Tradify, and Fergus.

The Quotes platform extends that from bookings to revenue. Quote intent is captured on the call and matched against the business’s service catalogue; the tradie reviews a drafted quote in seconds and approves it; the customer receives an SMS linking to a branded, hosted quote page where they can accept on the spot — and the outcome flows back into the tools the business already runs. A companion iOS app with the Chimey voice assistant adds a second capture point: dictate after a site visit, and the quote assembles itself for review.
