Every project ends with a written record — not a slide for a meeting nobody remembers, but a plain account of what was expected, what actually happened, and where the two diverged.
That record becomes the input to the next cycle, whether it's the next stage of this project or the next one entirely: what worked gets kept, what didn't gets named so it doesn't quietly repeat. That's what closes the loop back to Discover & Research.
In practice, that's a half-page write-up: what was expected, what happened, what changes next time — filed where the next project will actually find it.
